So very forgetful..

I've been meaning to start a blog but "never got around" to doing so. Well this morning allowed me the oppoutunity to get the ball rolling and I must say, it wouldn't have happened if I wasn't so forgetful.

This lovely Monday morning started out like everyother weekday, my alarm clock buzzing in my ear at 4:50am and me not rolling out of bed until 5:00. By 6am I finished my workout and was already in the shower. Moving right along, by 6:30 makeup was done, hair was being tackled and my husband was finishing up his morning routine. Shortly after my hair was presentable, it was time for Nicolas to start his morning as well. By 7am Nicolas was making his way into drawers and cabinets as I was getting together my last minute items like my phone and chosing which earrings would add a little dazzle to my choice of scrubs today. As we all load up in the truck to get to our daily destinations, we're already 10 minutes behind schedule. At 7:15 we arrive to my Aunt's house (Nicolas' daycare) only to be reminded she had an appointment for this morning and was unable to watch him this morning. So after notifying my boss who also just happens to be my mother in law, it's decided I'll take the morning off until my Aunt becomes available. We continue in route to take Ryan (my husband) to work since right now we're down to one vehicle. (I have myself to thank for that one.) Once we say our "See you laters" baby and I head back to home sweet home, where we are now watching one of Nicolas' favorite Nick Jr. shows, Yo Gabba Gabba. And although it wasn't my first thought to start my blog this morning, I used the begining of my "extra" time to wash whatever dishes remained in the sink and spruced up the bathroom from our morning routine. So although there is still things to do, I decided now would be as good of a time as any to start BLOGGING :)
