Started the morning off by making both my Valentines a special breakfast..waffles and bananas
my gifts the morning of..(aren't my cards precious?? one that says "mom" and the other says my name..my husband is super cute!) my gifts included, most obvious, the Pyrex pans (swoon), dasies (my favorite!) a cd, and of course CANDY!
every year we have a tradition of eating at Panda Express (fancy huh?) and that is because on our very first Valentine's my (then) boyfriend didn't make reservations anywhere and all the resturants had an hour and a half wait time. FORGET THAT! i told him that i really wouldn't mind eating at Panda or where ever as long as it was with him. So Panda it was! Believe it or not, there were no other people in there except for the workers. Since then, however, people have come to realize it's the way to go, i guess because as the years go by there's more and more people that join us.
i have to say, because we've adopted this tradition we hardly ever eat here so this night it was super delicious!
when we got home it was time for GIFTS!
he loves these baseball tees so i got him vday colors =)
of course candy (yummy for my honey aka snickers)
Nicolas got all kinds of goodies..play dough, a magnetic drawing board, a frog sponge, a tiger, a (small) box of chocolates, and....
GLOW STICKS! that he wouldn't even take off for the bath..so he got a valentine's day glow bath =)
i hope every one had a joyous Valentine's day (sorry this is super late) but "i love you"
