5 Months!!

NEW THIS MONTH
well baby girl you are loving to sit up these days (with boppy support). You are rolling over faster than the speed of light. You grab for things and like to hold on tight when you have something. You are giving more and more belly laughs. And, the best thing of all, you are noticing your brother. You always smile when he is near you and you watch him so intently. You are sucking you thumb more and more. I've also bumped you up to size 2 diapers and 3-6 months clothes are fitting you nicely now.
SLEEPING
You get an A++. Still going to sleep by 10:30pm at the latest and are sleeping through the night! WHOO HOO!
EATING
You are still drinking just formula milk (4oz still). No solids yet, I think I'll wait until you reach 6 months because by then you should be sitting up on your own or better than you are now.
CRYING
You have definitely learned where your vocal cords are this month. Not in the sense that you're crying more but when you do you let it all out! You've even pulled a few "crocodile tears" situation on us here and there. You'll be crying either from your swing, bed, floor mat, and the second we swoop you up, your are all smiles. Little princess you are! 
LIKES
LOVE LOVE LOVE being held. By anyone! When in the mood you love playing on your playmat because when you kick your feet you hit a piano and music blares. There is also a mirror that hangs down which you just love to stare into. You are grabbing at things a lot more so when I hold you and have a toy in front of you, you let out squeals of joy. 
DISLIKES
You hate being in your swing for longer than 10 minutes or so if you haven't fallen asleep.  I really can't think of a whole lot that you don't like. You are one of the happiest, most calm babies I have ever come in contact with. ((thank you))
TALKING
 Still no actual talking (obviously because I would be blasting that information to the world about my genius baby) but you are cooing more effectively. When anyone talks to you, you respond with your sweet sounding coos.
HYGEINE
You still get baths every other night and are growing to love them more and more. When I scrub you down you giggle and you stare at me throughout with a smile on your face. Bath times with you are my favorite
LEARNING
Like I stated earlier, you are grabbing at things more and more and playing is one of your all time favorite things to do. You have discovered that your hands open and close and are just fascinated with your fingers. 
PERSONALITY
You are still laid back as ever. You smile all the time. (Literally!) You are intrigued with everyone, whenever someone talks to you, you're happy. You have many expressions too. I can tell when you're being shy, when you're sad, when you're happy, when you're tired, and when you're playful. 

My Raegan darling, 
Everyday you make me so happy. I love watching you grow and grow and grow. I love that you are still a baby baby and what I mean by that is with your brother he was born he was a 9 pounder so I always felt like he hit his milestones at a faster rate, but with you, you're still tiny and fragile. After all, I wanted a tiny petite little girl and that's just what I got. I do have favorite times of the day with you and they are mornings (because you wake up with a smile on your face, everyday), I love mid morning with you (your most play time) and I love bedtime (watching you put yourself to sleep and see you sleep so peacefully is a reminder that I must be doing something right.)  You are the best baby I could have ever asked for, truly! I say it to you all the time, but you take my breath away with how beautiful you are. everyone says you look like your daddy and I do see him in you but I see someone even better, you. You may have his nose, my eyes, and other features from relatives but when you mix them all together, I love the combination. I love you to the moon and back, to infinity and beyond and I'm excited to watch you grow another month!
