But lately I have been "eating" something. I have been making breakfast smoothies. And let me tell you, they are DELICIOUS!
Ingredients:
16oz Orange Juice
1 individual cup of pain Greek yogurt
two handfuls (haha sorry I really didn't measure this) of spinach
2 generous tablespoons of frozen blueberries
3 generous tablespoons of frozen fruit mix (strawberries, pineapple, mango)
1 banana
1 cup oatmeal
annnnnd...I think that's it if I remember
What I love about this is how much you can tweek it here and there to suit anyone!
Saturday, Nicolas had TWO cups full! YES, it is that good!
Not to mention, this is a GREAT way to sneak in veggies for the kids!
Nicolas kept saying "It'ssssss sooooo gooooood!"
